This luxurious yuzu liqueur is made using carefully selected grown yuzu juice from all over Japan, blended with Umenoyado’s sake. It offers the refreshing flavor and tartness unique to yuzu.
The blend is adjusted each year to balance the flavor, as the taste of yuzu juice varies depending on the variety and region of origin.
The amount of juice used is equivalent to about 8 yuzu fruits per 720mL bottle. By blending in Umenoyado’s sake, the alcohol sharpness is mellowed, as are the sourness and bitterness of the yuzu, resulting in a liqueur with a smooth mouthfeel and a more prominent fruity flavor.
Best enjoyed on the rocks or with soda water.
